 MUTTON CUTLETS 


Ingredients:

  • Fine mince mutton - 250gm
  • Oil - 3 to 4 tbsp
  • Ginger Garlic paste - 1/2 tbsp
  • Onion paste - 1 tbsp
  • Tomato Puree - 1 tbsp (or) Tomato Sauce
  • Green chillies - 2 (finely chopped)
  • Bread Slice - 2 (cut into pieces)
  • Milk - 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce  - 2 tsp (optional)
  • Salt to taste

For Garnish:

  • White sesame seeds  - tbsp (fried)
  • Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp (finely chopped)

Method:

In a large bowl mix all the ingredients together thoroughly, using 2 tsp of the oil and keep aside for 30 minutes. 

Divide the mixture into 8 to 10 round patties (2" X 1/4" thick).

Brush patties with remaining oil and place patties in a dish and microwave covered with grease proof paper (butter paper) or cling wrap cook for 10 minutes. Turn the patties on the other side, cover and cook another 8 minutes. They will shrink during the cooking process. Do not overcook them.

Let it stand for 3 minutes. Garnish with white sesame seeds and coriander leaves.

Serve hot with tomato sauce.
