SPICY DRY MINCED MEAT
Ingredients:
- Minced Mutton - 500gm
- Oil or Ghee - 2 tbsp
- Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder - 1tsp
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Cummin seed powder - 1/4 tsp
- Coconut milk - 1 cup
- Onion paste - 1 tbsp
- Tomato puree - 1/4 tbsp
- Lemon juice - 1/4 tsp
- Curry leaves - few
- Salt to taste
For Garnish:
- Fried curry leaves
- Fried Cashewnuts - 1 tbsp
- Spring onion - 1/2 tbsp (chopped)
Method:
Wash the minced mutton 3 to 5 times with 1/2 tsp turmeric powder .
Marinate the minced mutton with the ingredients mentioned above except coconut milk and keep it aside for 30 minutes.
Take a frying pan pour 1/2 tbsp of ghee or oil add curry leaves fry for 3 minutes and keep the fried curry leaves aside.
In the same pan add1/2 tbsp of ghee or oil and add the marinated mutton to it and fry for 3 minutes. Add the coconut milk and keep stirring in low flame until the coconut milk becomes thick and the mutton should also get boiled.
Garnish with fried curry leaves, spring onion and fried cashewnuts. Serve hot with ghee rice.
